1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Asia899 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Asia899 online gaming platform accessible at https://asia899.cam and all associated services, features, and promotions.

By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on Asia899, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account, deposit funds, or access any gambling services provided by Asia899.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Asia899 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account under any promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to Asia899's identity verification process, which requires Players to submit valid identification documents before withdrawals are processed.
• "Platform" means the Asia899 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming services accessible via https://asia899.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all transactions on Asia899 are denominated by default.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on Asia899, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Asia899 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21 in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards.
2. You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of Asia899 or its affiliated partner studios.
5. You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by Asia899 for violations of these Terms.
6. You are acting in a personal, recreational capacity and not for any commercial, professional, or syndicate-based gambling purpose.
7. You understand that gambling involves risk and that past outcomes do not predict future results.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile phone number. Asia899 may, at its discretion, require additional information to verify your identity before activating your Account.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on Asia899. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Asia899 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Asia899 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login details.

You must notify Asia899 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

4.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time deemed necessary by Asia899, you will be required to complete our KYC verification process. This process requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document — such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport — along with a clear selfie. Asia899 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership where applicable.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully completed.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Asia899 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), and 7-Eleven Cliqq. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The minimum deposit for e-wallets and FPX transfers is generally RM30, and RM50 for standard bank transfers. Asia899 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits, which will be communicated through the cashier section of the Platform.

5.3 Deposits to Own Account Only

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Asia899 does not accept deposits made by third parties on behalf of a Player. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party payment source will be returned, and the receiving Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.4 Processing Times

Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers and FPX may take 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations, which typically takes 15–30 minutes. Asia899 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

To submit a withdrawal request, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus; (c) not have an Account subject to any pending investigation or security hold; and (d) be within your applicable withdrawal limits.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. Processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes after approval
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): typically 5–15 minutes after approval
• Standard Bank Wire Transfer: typically 15–60 minutes after approval, subject to inter-bank processing schedules
• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC): typically 15–45 minutes depending on network congestion

These timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside Asia899's control, including payment provider processing queues and Malaysian public holidays.

6.3 Withdrawal to Own Accounts Only

All withdrawals will be processed exclusively to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name, matching the name on the registered Asia899 Account. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts, alternative names, or payment methods with no corresponding deposit history will not be processed.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Amounts

Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily/weekly withdrawal caps are displayed in the Platform's cashier section and may vary based on a Player's VIP tier level. Asia899 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by Asia899 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, maximum withdrawal limits, eligible games, and maximum bet restrictions during bonus play. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn, the Player must complete the applicable wagering requirement — that is, the total value of the bonus multiplied by the stated wagering multiplier must be wagered in qualifying games. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires a total of RM2,000 in qualifying bets before cashout.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While bonus funds are active in a Player's Account, the maximum permissible bet per spin or hand is as specified in the individual promotion's terms — commonly in the range of MYR 25 to MYR 50. Placing bets in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.4 Game Contribution Rates

Different game types contribute at different rates to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games such as blackjack, baccarat, and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%). Live casino games may be excluded entirely from certain promotions. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not utilised or for which wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation) will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Account without notice.

7.6 Bonus Abuse

Asia899 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts; using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk game strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure; and coordinating with other accounts to guarantee profit from promotional offers. Asia899 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and to permanently close accounts where abuse is identified.

8 Gameplay Rules

8.1 Game Fairness

All games available on Asia899 are sourced from internationally licensed game studios whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems undergo regular independent auditing for fairness and unpredictability. Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed on the Platform reflect the long-term statistical payout rates of individual games and are not a guarantee of any specific outcome during any individual session.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game round, Asia899 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. Bets settled incorrectly due to a technical error may be voided and corrected irrespective of the time elapsed since settlement.

8.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and other events listed on the Asia899 sportsbook — are governed by individual market rules available within the sportsbook interface. In the event of event cancellations, rule-4 deductions, or result disputes, Asia899's decision as to the applicable settlement is final, subject to the rules of the relevant governing sporting body.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Asia899 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) Account, or assisting another person to register an Account on your behalf or behalf of a third party
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Laundering money or using Asia899 for any financial transaction connected to criminal activity
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches for financial gain
• Colluding with other players or using insider knowledge to gain an unfair advantage
• Systematically exploiting bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling tools or restrictions imposed on your Account
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, including minors
• Any other conduct that Asia899 determines, in its reasonable opinion, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players

10 Responsible Gambling

Asia899 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide registered players with access to tools including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Asia899 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from gambling activities, interruption of service, loss of data, or technical malfunctions caused by third-party systems.

Asia899 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and events beyond our reasonable control may affect Platform availability. Asia899 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Asia899's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting Asia899 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and met wagering requirements.

12.2 Closure by Asia899

Asia899 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, where it determines that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraudulent or criminal activity has occurred or is suspected; (c) the Player is located in a Prohibited Territory; (d) the Player is below the minimum age of 21; or (e) the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, Asia899 may void and forfeit any Balance held in the Account, including both real-money funds and bonus credits. Asia899 will inform you of the reason for closure unless disclosure is prohibited by law or would compromise an investigation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Asia899 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice to registered players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 12.1 above.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under the jurisdiction in which Asia899 operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Asia899 Platform shall first be referred to Asia899's customer support team for informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not achieved, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the applicable governing framework before resorting to litigation in any court of competent jurisdiction.
